What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations within 14 days can transfer to a future date.

Do I need any prior experience or qualifications?

No prior qualifications are needed for our open skills courses. ILM courses have recommended experience levels - these are noted on the individual course pages.

What technology do I need?

A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. We use Zoom. Full joining instructions are provided 7 days before the course.

Can I pay by invoice?

Online bookings are card payment only via Stripe. For invoice payment, please contact us directly before booking.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. All delegates receive a certificate of attendance. ILM qualifications include ILM-issued certification on successful completion.
