Why does this cost more than a self-paced course?
Because it does the job in two days instead of leaving it as something you’re meant to get round to for the next six months. Is it really just two days?
Yes. Plenty of leadership qualifications drag on for months of evening study and portfolios. Ours is an accredited ILM Level 3 course run as two focused in-person days, a week apart. Small groups too, capped at 15.
Can I book myself, or does my employer need to?
