Effective questioning to establish facts, opinions & impact; active listening techniques including listening for what's not being said; funnelling technique to combine questioning, listening and summarising skills
Effective note-taking to document the investigation process; practical session to apply the framework and skills in a fictitious investigation relevant to Impact Housing
