Standard Terms and Conditions for the Provision of In-House Training

Booking
Bookings must be confirmed in writing.

Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued after completion of development workshop/s. If courses are to run for a period of time then invoices will be issued weekly. Payment will be due 14 days after the date on the invoice.

Attendance Certificates
Attendance Certificates will be provided to all delegates on completion of a course.

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation Fees are applicable to the full value of a specified training programme from commencement date and are :
More than 30 days notice – Nil
Less than 30 days and more than 15 days – 50%
15 days notice or less – 100%

Postponements are classed as cancellations unless rearranged dates can be made to enable the training to happen within 20 working days of the original training date.

Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Stand & Deliver with the exception of materials developed with and for a client organisation of Stand & Deliver, whereupon the rights will be retained by the client organisation.

Course Changes
Stand & Deliver reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course for reasons of illness or other causes and will advise the client as soon as this change is known. Stand & Deliver will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. We will not be liable for any loss or expense of the client arising out of such changes.

Open Courses
A reserved place may be transferred.  Refunds are not available on cancellations 14 days or less prior to the course date.  Stand & Deliver reserve the right to cancel a course.  All course monies paid would be refunded.

Health Declaration
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all participants attending any programme have no medical condition which precludes them from taking part and to check that the activities are suitable for all delegates’ capabilities.
