Evaluation
In the first place we take great care to validate our training materials and training processes. We also evaluate our course designs to ensure that they are fit for the purpose of delivering the learning and development outcomes that our client has bought.
At the conclusion of each workshop that we deliver, we use a questionnaire to gather evaluative comments from those attending. We then provide this information to the purchasing client as feedback about their colleagues' experience of the training process, the content and the anticipated benefits of the learning they have made.
We know that our clients are always in a better position, than we will ever be, to see how the course learning outcomes are applied in the workplace. Therefore we encourage clients to consider how they will monitor and evaluate the Return On Investment: the usefulness of the training in terms of the actual, observable differences it makes to the performance of individuals and the organisation. Our customers decide whether our services represent value for money and we are proud of the fact that they continue to place important business in our hands.
We will gladly make ourselves available to be included in any meeting to discuss the effectiveness of our learning processes in terms of benefit to performance and to enable the exchange of ideas that will help us to continually improve our offering.
