Overview
Most people would readily agree that some degree of stress is essential for performance. However, prolonged exposure to high degrees of stress can be harmful and cause long-term damage to health. Employers have a responsibility to ensure that working conditions are not unduly stressful. Employees can be encouraged to look after themselves by learning useful stress reduction techniques. In this concentrated session participants experience several practical techniques for the work place that can also be successfully used in other situations.
Outcomes

Experience a variety of physical and mental methods of coping with stress.
Maintain a positive frame of mind in a crisis and reduce stress levels.

Fast-acting relaxation techniques for work and home.
Creating a mental zone for high performance.
Identifying and dealing with stressors in the work environment.
