Anyone who is tasked with conducting interviews in the course of reviewing performance, conducting appraisals, gathering information or recruiting staff.

To enable participants to plan, organise and carry out an effective interview.
Outcomes
At the end of this Training Programme participants will be able to:

Understand the skills requires to conduct a successful interview
Brief and prepare interviewees and construct an interview plan
Be aware of personal communication styles such as body language and its effect on others
Be able to set objectives and control an interview
Deal more effectively with difficult or uncertain people
Create the right atmosphere and improve their questioning and listening skills

The programme is participative and involves trainer input, individual work and discussion in small groups with the use of real examples as learning tools.
