Who Should Attend
Practising, and potential, First Line Managers.
Overview
This highly-rated programme is designed to give the strong foundation of knowledge and management skills that practising, and potential, First Line Managers need in order to perform well in their role. It has been developed by us and validated by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Participants and their managers really appreciate the way that the 5 Modules are phased over 5 weeks allowing for the consolidation of learning and minimising the disruption of work patterns.
In response to requests from smaller organisations, we are now offering places on three Open programmes, based in Manchester, with start dates in September (1st), October (8th) and November (12th). Click on the Book Open Courses link in the sidebar on the left to find a date to suit you.
Outcomes
Having successfully completed the programme, delegates will be able to make valuable contributions to future organisational efficiency and effectiveness. They may also benefit from career enhancement and progress to further ILM qualifications according to their circumstances.
