The required outcomes are our focus and we work with organisations to build partnerships to put into place development programmes that fit. This may be in the form of a menu driven list of designed in-house workshops or it may be a multiple-day programme containing specifically designed segments to be delivered over a specific period of time for a number of groups. The learning can also be a short intervention designed for maximum impact.
