and enjoying the process. As enthusiastic practitioners ourselves, we
design and plan our training sessions to take all of these things into
account.
Encouragement & Humour
People
dont learn when they are bored, so we ensure the training sessions
are lively and interesting by finding new ways to present information
and by offering encouragement to try new things. A sense of humour also
helps the learning process along!
Overcoming barriers and resistance to training
We are also experienced in working with people for whom training is a new
and perhaps threatening experience. We know how to make people feel
comfortable and to provide a range of ways in which information can
easily be assimilated.

Development of materials
As experienced practitioners we have a proven track record in the design
and execution of programmes in accordance with client specifications.
We bring a creative eye to training solutions whilst always keeping
in mind the business focus of the client and the development needs of
the participants.
Evaluation of training
We carry out immediate evaluation after every programme and event and provide
the client with that information in a summary report. For longer programmes, the evaluation process will be agreed with the client.
